SmartShepherd reached a significant milestone at the end of June, with 200,000 animals having been collared in the last 3 years. The system started in earnest in 2018 with a small group of stud breeders in Australia. Rapid expansion came with the engagement of Sheepmatters (Anthony Shepherd) and further growth into New Zealand with SmartShepherdNZ.
