Cassia Networks SmartShepherd case study

Cassia Networks produce bluetooth gateway products that have changed the way SmartShepherd is deployed. We now use the Cassia Networks X1000 in the field to greatly speed up access to the SmartShepherd collars. The X1000 allows us to bypass the Android bluetooth LE interface altogether, something which has been a constant thorn in our sides since the beginning.
